Rob Ertmann

Rob Ertmann has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Rob is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Mo' Bettahs and has been in this role since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President of Mo' Bettahs from July 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Mo' Bettahs, Rob was the Chief Executive Officer at Meridian Restaurants Unlimited, L.C. from November 2020 to July 2021. Rob also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Philz Coffee from May 2018 to November 2020. Rob's previous roles include Vice President of Store Operations at Peet's Coffee & Tea from December 2014 to May 2018, Vice President of Operations at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. from May 2002 to December 2014, Owner/Operator at No Fear Clothing Store from October 1999 to May 2002, and General Manager at Pier 49 Pizza from July 1995 to September 1999.

Rob Ertmann earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Westminster University in 2002.
