Robin Minielly

Robin Minielly, CHRL, serves as the VP of Human Resources at Mobials Inc. since January 2019, previously holding the position of Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Robin has been an instructor at Fanshawe College since September 2017, teaching courses in Human Resources Management, Employment Law, and Career Preparation. Robin's prior experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at HARRISON PENSA™ and The Home Depot Canada, as well as Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target, overseeing significant employee numbers and implementing strategic staffing and training initiatives. Previous roles at Walmart Canada and Enterprise Rent-A-Car further underscore expertise in HR policy deployment, associate engagement, and payroll administration. Robin holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Lambton College and completed further education at Fanshawe College.
