Mayur Baghla is a Principal SDET and FinTech Quality Engineering Leader with over 12 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and scalable automation. Previously serving as a Principal Software Engineer at UKG, Mayur led a nursing workload web application team while mentoring peers and managing the QA cycle. Currently, Mayur works as a Technical Lead SDET at MobiKwik, where they developed a Java-based testing framework and executed in-sprint testing within Agile methodologies. Mayur holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kurukshetra University and has been recognized with the RisingTechVoices Award in 2025.
