Mo Xu

Mo Xu, P.Eng. is a Senior Program Manager at Mobile Climate Control and a member of the OESA Emerging Leadership Council, recognized among 40 industry leaders. With nine years of program management and product development experience at a Tier 1 automotive supplier, they led significant programs including the GM T1-2 project, which achieved $480 million in sales. Mo earned a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and has a track record of innovation reflected in two pending patents. They previously contributed as a Teaching Assistant and engaged in various engineering internships, compiling a diverse skill set in manufacturing and technical project management.
