Eric Shin

Eric Shin is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in customer support and sales management across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP of Operations at Mobile Commons since August 2025, Eric previously held the position of Sr. Director of Global Support at Upland Software, where responsibilities included overseeing global support operations and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Prior to Upland, Eric was the Director of Client Experience at Drybar, managing U.S. customer support operations, and the Operations Manager at Zillow, where Eric developed key processes for support operations. Additional experience includes roles as Sales Operations Manager and Team Lead at Zillow, focusing on sales strategy and team development, as well as serving as Regional Sales Manager at Antares, enhancing sales distribution in the U.S. market. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
