Michel Marcuse

Michel Marcuse began their work experience in 2002 as a Senior Sales Engineer in Latin America at Comverse Network Systems. In 2005, they joined SandCherry, Inc. as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they project-managed a multi-vendor team and successfully deployed a voice-enabled IP Contact Center proof of concept. Michel also managed a multimodal push-to-talk application demonstration project for a top wireless carrier. In 2007, Michel joined InfoVista, formerly known as Ascom Network Testing, where they held multiple roles. As a Field Applications Engineer/Sales Engineer, they played a key role in securing and implementing a major account deal. Michel also created custom scripts, reports, and documentation, and delivered customer training. Later, as a Solution Architect in the Americas Services and Solutions team, they were responsible for delivering solutions and services, including custom scripting, reports, custom integrations, and project documentation. Michel also led the development of Python skills within the team. In 2020, they joined Mobile Experience as a Technical Program Manager.

Michel Marcuse has a strong educational background in the field of engineering and technology. Michel pursued their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a concentration in Computer Engineering at Tufts University. Michel then went on to earn their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE), specializing in Digital Image Processing, also from Tufts University.

In addition to their formal education, Michel has also actively engaged in professional development and certifications to enhance their expertise. Michel completed the Growth through Customer-Centric Innovation Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2015. Michel further expanded their knowledge in the telecommunications industry through various training programs at Award Solutions in 2019, including "5G NR Air Interface," "Introduction to 5G," and "5G RAN and Signalling Operations."

Michel has also obtained additional certifications to bolster their skill set. Michel acquired the "APIs and Microservices Developer Certificate" from freeCodeCamp in July 2020. Additionally, they hold the "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2012 and is currently in the process of re-certification.
