Michel Marcuse began their work experience in 2002 as a Senior Sales Engineer in Latin America at Comverse Network Systems. In 2005, they joined SandCherry, Inc. as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they project-managed a multi-vendor team and successfully deployed a voice-enabled IP Contact Center proof of concept. Michel also managed a multimodal push-to-talk application demonstration project for a top wireless carrier. In 2007, Michel joined InfoVista, formerly known as Ascom Network Testing, where they held multiple roles. As a Field Applications Engineer/Sales Engineer, they played a key role in securing and implementing a major account deal. Michel also created custom scripts, reports, and documentation, and delivered customer training. Later, as a Solution Architect in the Americas Services and Solutions team, they were responsible for delivering solutions and services, including custom scripting, reports, custom integrations, and project documentation. Michel also led the development of Python skills within the team. In 2020, they joined Mobile Experience as a Technical Program Manager.
Michel Marcuse has a strong educational background in the field of engineering and technology. Michel pursued their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a concentration in Computer Engineering at Tufts University. Michel then went on to earn their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE), specializing in Digital Image Processing, also from Tufts University.
