Tom Shives

Tom Shives has a diverse work experience. Tom started their career at AT&T in 2014 as a Sr. Specialist - Network Design Engineer and held this role until 2016. Tom then transitioned to the position of Sr. Specialist - Network Design Engineer+ and worked in this role until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Tom worked as a Professional - Network Security Engineer+ at AT&T. In 2020, they joined mobile experience as a Key Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Account Director at the same company.

Tom Shives earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from Youngstown State University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Tom later pursued further education at Champlain College, where they obtained an AT&T Cybersecurity Certificate in Network and Business Cyber Security between 2014 and 2015.
