Big-brand customer engagement for Main Street businesses. Fully managed. SMS-first.

Small businesses deserve the same customer engagement power as big brands, without the complexity, staffing, or constant guesswork. That’s why Mobile High 5 exists.

Founded in 2017 by Barbara Casey, a long-time leader in customer engagement and loyalty marketing, Mobile High 5 helps established small and mid-sized businesses drive repeat visits and lasting loyalty through a managed growth system built around SMS.

We specialize in SMS-first engagement because it works. Social media is unpredictable. Algorithms change. Posts are missed. But text messages are seen. Nearly all of them, within minutes. That makes SMS the most reliable way to stay top-of-mind and influence real buying behavior.

Mobile High 5 is not a DIY text platform and not another dashboard for business owners to manage. We design, launch, and run the entire program for you. Strategy, setup, integrations, messaging, automation, reporting, and ongoing optimization are all handled by our team so your marketing runs consistently in the background while you focus on running your business.

Our programs unite customer engagement, loyalty, and data into one connected system. Whether customers shop in-store or online, everything feeds into a single customer record, enabling smarter personalization over time. AI is used to support customer interactions and handle common questions, while our team remains your primary point of contact and strategic partner.

The result is enterprise-grade engagement made practical for Main Street. More repeat customers. Higher lifetime value. Less stress.

Our managed engagement system includes:

SMS-based loyalty and rewards

Promotional and operational business texting

Customer review generation

AI-assisted customer support and lead capture

Seamless POS and ecommerce integrations

Mobile High 5 helps businesses stop chasing attention and start owning their customer relationships.
