Johnson previously served as Vice President and General Manager at Anritsu from 2020 to 2025, delivering revenue growth and positive operating income for five regional businesses and serving as a board member for five operating entities. Earlier, Johnson was Director of Sales at Azimuth Systems from 2013 to 2015. Johnson held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Tektronix from 1988 to 2000, directing field sales strategy for a 35-person staff across 10 field offices in 13 states and generating $36 million in annual revenue, and earned a BSEE in Engineering from Purdue University. Johnson founded Open Lab Alliance (OLA), which promotes a collaborative test environment for automotive engineering and software development, and studied at Columbia Business School and Indiana Wesleyan University.
