Andrew William

Andrew William has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Andrew started their career as an Oracle Consultant at Global Business Systems/ Saudi Business Machines (SBM) in 2011. In this role, they worked as an Oracle Consultant for a year.

Andrew then joined Oracle in 2013 and held various roles during their tenure. From July 2013 to July 2016, they served as a Cloud Operations Engineer, Managed Cloud. From August 2016 to December 2017, they worked as an OPC Operations Engineer. And finally, from January 2018 to September 2018, they served as a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer.

In 2018, Andrew William joined Mobileum as a Team Lead - Experienced Delivery Engineer, where they currently work.

Andrew William completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The German University in Cairo from 2006 to 2010. In 2012, they attended the Information Technology Institute (ITI) for a 9 Month Diploma in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Department), specifically focusing on Oracle Application Administration. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Patriarchal College from 1992 to 2005. Currently, Andrew is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management and Marketing, expected to be completed from The German University in Cairo from 2018 to 2022. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from ITIL Certified in February 2017.
