In previous roles at Mobileum, Anja held the position of Director of Customer Support for the Testing and Service Assurance Business Unit, where strategic leadership was provided to optimize support strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. Anja's career began at SIGOS in September 2010, progressing through various technical support roles to become Team Leader for Europe Central & West in the Testing & Monitoring division, further solidifying expertise in managing international teams and delivering enterprise-grade service.
