Navin Sharma

Navin Sharma has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. In 2014, they worked as an Operations Engineer at Cellos Software Limited, where they provided support for products like CellOS Multi Protocol Probe software and handled ETL module testing and deployment. From 2016 to 2017, Navin worked as a Telecommunication Engineer at RADCOM, deploying active and passive probes and conducting service assurance and KPI analysis for operators' networks.

In 2017, Navin joined Subex as a Consultant, where they were responsible for data adapter design, evaluation of customer requirements, and complete development and testing of the Revenue Assurance System. Navin also managed the release repository and handled build and release procedures. Navin continued their role in Subex until 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Navin worked at Jio as a Deputy Manager, implementing data integrity solutions within the ROCRA and ROCFM systems. Navin was involved in various project phases, including requirement gathering, SOW definition, audit/adaptor development, UAT closure, and Go live phase. Navin also provided L2/L3 support for issue resolution.

In 2020, Navin returned to Subex as a Senior Technical Lead, where they took charge of data adapter design and configuration. Navin also led the development and testing of the Revenue Assurance System and managed the release repository. Navin held this position until 2021 when they were promoted to the role of Lead Consultant. As a Lead Consultant, Navin played a vital role in mapping customer requirements to the product, suggesting feasible workarounds, and maintaining key information for build and release procedures.

As of 2022, Navin is currently working at Mobileum as a Senior Integration Engineer.

Navin Sharma began their education in 2006 at Scholar's Home Public School, where they studied PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). From 2008 to 2009, they attended Higher Secondary Scholar's Home Public School, focusing on Electronics & Telecommunication. In 2009, Navin joined Bansal Institute of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Additionally, during the same time period, they also enrolled in Degree Institute/University, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician.
