Prem Kumar

Prem Kumar is a seasoned technical lead with extensive experience in data engineering and big data technologies. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Mobileum since April 2024, Prem previously worked at Jio Platforms Limited from October 2018 to March 2024, where notable contributions included developing ingestion and processing pipelines using tools such as NIFI, Kafka, Spark, and Hive. Prem was instrumental in enhancing frameworks for large volume data processing, ensuring data quality across pipelines, and creating tools for data mesh implementation. Prior experience at Wipro from July 2015 to September 2018 as a Big Data Engineer complements a solid educational background from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), where a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering was earned.
