Ricardo Lopes

Ricardo Lopes has a diverse work experience in the field of education and software development. Ricardo started their career as a Mathematics Tutor at Promove – Instituto de Educação, Formação e Saúde, where they provided explanations and pedagogical support for Mathematics from 7th to 12th grade. Ricardo also prepared students for the National Mathematics Exams. Ricardo then worked as a Mathematics Professor at Colégio La Salle (Barcelinhos), where they taught for a short period of time. Ricardo also served as a Mathematics Professor at Escola Básica e Secundária Dr. Isidoro Sousa, where they taught various Mathematics and Study Assistance courses for 7th, 8th, and 10th grade. Prior to that, they were a Mathematics Professor at Externato Paulo VI, where they taught Mathematics and Study Assistance for 5th, 6th, and 7th grade. Additionally, Ricardo worked as a Mathematics Professor at Escola EB 2/3 de Vila Nova de Santo André, teaching Mathematics and Study Assistance for 9th grade. More recently, they transitioned to the technology sector and worked as a QA Automation Developer at both Mobileum and WeDo Technologies, specializing in quality assurance and automation development.

Ricardo Lopes completed their education history with two degrees. From 2015 to 2016, they attended Universidade do Minho, where they pursued a program called "Qualifica IT - Programação de Computadores para Reconversão de Licenciados" in the field of Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2007, they earned a degree in "Licenciatura em Ensino de Matemática" with a focus on Education from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Ricardo obtained two certifications in 2022: "Microservices Foundations" from LinkedIn and "Learning GitHub" also from LinkedIn.
