Daniel Yacoby is an experienced algorithm developer and engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering. As the team lead for algorithm development at Mobileye since October 2022, Daniel oversees projects related to advanced driver-assistance systems. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as an algorithm engineer at Syracuse Autonomous Crane Technologies, focusing on autonomous driving systems for cranes and sensor integration. Earlier experience includes serving as an M.Sc. student and teaching assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where responsibilities included teaching mechanical engineering courses and conducting research in bio-inspired robotics. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
