Tal Serphos is an experienced professional in the fields of autonomous driving and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Autonomous Driving Validation at Mobileye since February 2017, Tal manages the development and implementation of advanced validation concepts for Robotaxi and Supervision programs, addressing challenges related to big data, advanced KPI development, and validation techniques. Prior to this role, Tal worked as a Senior Product/Project Manager focused on computer vision and sensor fusion within autonomous vehicle programs. As a private consultant from December 2015 to February 2017, Tal guided early-stage startups in business strategy and product design, specializing in fintech and blockchain applications. Tal's earlier experience includes a decade as a Proprietary Trader at Barak Capital and co-founding Backfeed, where Tal developed decentralized reputation systems. Tal holds a Master of Science in Ecology, Evolution, and Systematics and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
