Cassie Ton has a diverse work experience in project management roles. Cassie started their career at Thales in 2015 as a Development Program Assistant/Intern, where they played a role in process change, authored application requirements documents, and coordinated large training events. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Project Management Analyst at Thales, managing complex technical projects and working with cross-functional agile teams. In this role, they gathered customer requirements and applied continuous improvement techniques. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Project Manager at Thales, overseeing technical requirements definition and developing project plans for efficiency gains. Since 2019, Cassie has been employed at MobilityWare as a Technical Project Manager. Cassie manages technical projects related to ad operations and internal tools for engineering teams. Cassie collaborates with stakeholders on product design, oversees daily tasks of development teams, and ensures milestone achievement. In August 2021, they transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Project Manager at MobilityWare.

Cassie Ton completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Irvine Valley College between 2012 and 2014. Cassie then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Informatics from UC Irvine from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including "UX Foundations: Interaction Design" and "GDPR Compliance: Essential Training" from LinkedIn in September and July 2019, respectively. Cassie also acquired certifications such as "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance in October 2021 and "PMI-ACP" from the Project Management Institute in April 2018. Cassie Ton has further certifications related to agile methodologies, programmatic advertising, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
