Jill Wilder

Jill Wilder has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Generalist at Target in 2001. Jill led a team and managed various HR functions, including performance management, safety compliance, and employee relations. Jill also served on a recruitment team for a local college campus. In 2006, they joined Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources and later became the Human Resources Manager. In this role, they oversaw all HR operations for US offices, directed and managed a team of six employees, and effectively resolved HR issues within the organization. Most recently, in 2016, Jill joined MobilityWare as the Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jill Wilder attended San Diego State University from 1996 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Studies with a field of study in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
