Kathy De Lay

Kathy De Lay started their career as the West Region Controller at ADP Dealer Services in 1996, where they provided finance and operational leadership for various departments. In 2007, they became the Division Controller/Finance Executive of ADP Small Business Services, leading organizational changes and driving strategic initiatives.
