Ahmed Selim is a seasoned IT consultant and digital transformation expert with extensive experience in BSS and CRM solutions. Currently serving as a BSS/CRM Consultant at Mobily since November 2021, Ahmed leads IT consulting services and enterprise architecture initiatives, focusing on aligning technology strategies with business goals while driving digital transformation. Prior to Mobily, Ahmed held strategic roles at MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. as a Senior Solutions Consultant and Senior CRM Architect, and at Ebttikar Technology as a Senior CRM Consultant, where innovative technologies were adopted to enhance IT landscapes. With a foundational career at Vodafone Egypt as a Customer Management Senior System Analyst and various leadership positions, coupled with a degree in Computer Science from Ain Shams University, Ahmed has a robust track record of implementing comprehensive CRM and BSS solutions across different sectors.
