Frederick Roxas

Frederick Roxas, MBA, PMP, PECE, ASEAN Eng., serves as the Service Assurance Chief Engineer at Mobily, where they manage customer experience tools and oversee network performance in the Circuit Switch Core and IMS Networks. With twenty years of experience in Telecommunication Network Operations, Frederick has developed substantial expertise in Core Network Key Performance Indicators. Prior to their current role, they held positions including Project Engineer II at PT&T and Head of Customer Support at Comtech Solutions, Inc. Frederick is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration at the University of Mindanao.
