Hashem Alkhatib

Hashem Alkhatib, MBA, serves as the Director of Program Governance at Mobily since June 2012, where responsibilities include defining and advancing digital transformation initiatives and implementing compliance controls across Technology divisions to address operational challenges. Previously, Hashem held the position of Program Governance & Reporting Principal at Mobily, establishing strategic programs and governance structures. With earlier experience as a Project Manager at Data Consult, a Technical Team Leader at Imaginary Systems, and a Software Developer at Qatar Islamic Bank, Hashem's foundational education includes a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Qatar University. Currently, Hashem is pursuing further education in Leading Digital Transformation at Venture International.
