Khalid Zafar is a seasoned telecommunication engineer with extensive experience in field and service delivery operations. Currently employed at MOBILY KSA since December 2012, Khalid oversees operational SLAs related to transmission systems and conducts acceptance testing for new equipment. Previous experience includes a role as Assistant Business Manager for Optical Fiber System-I at PTCL, where Khalid managed a complex network of SDH and DWDM nodes in the southern region and performed troubleshooting on various Huawei equipment. Earlier in career, Khalid worked as a Development Engineer at Precision Technologies Pvt. Ltd., contributing to R&D in PABX and tracking systems.
