Lara Erian

Lara Erian currently serves as the Director of Media Management at Mobily, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Lara worked as a Media Director at Havas Middle East for six months in 2024, and held the same title at UM Worldwide from March 2020 to December 2023, where leadership included managing a team of ten and overseeing media strategies for multiple high-profile clients. Before that, Lara was the Associate Media Director at Starcom, supervising multiple accounts, providing training, and coordinating media activities across GCC markets. Lara's career began at Spark Foundry as a Media Manager and Senior Media Planner, contributing to media plans and pitches for numerous brands. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Modern Sciences and Arts University.
