Mohammad Alshomar

Mohammad Alshomar has extensive experience in network operations and technology management, primarily at Mobily since March 2005, where roles have included General Manager for Network Operations, Service Management Center, and Service Assurance and Vendor Management. Responsibilities have encompassed overseeing outsourcing contracts to ensure SLA compliance, vendor negotiation, and management of operational budgets. Previous roles include Mobile Access Network-O&M Engineering Manager, focusing on fault and performance management, and Chief Engineer for Radio Access Network. Prior to Mobily, experience includes working as an IT Engineer at Sejel Company. Education includes an MBA in Operations from the University of Business & Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, along with a Leadership Development Program from IESE Business School in 2021.
