Shaikh Mohiuddin is a highly experienced professional in change management and network services with over 24 years of expertise in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Director of Change Management at Mobily since September 2005, Shaikh Mohiuddin is responsible for overseeing the change management processes for the company's network, IT infrastructure, and services, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing a Change Advisory Board to establish strategies and guidelines. Previously, as Executive Manager of Service Fulfillment & Assurance at Mobily, Shaikh Mohiuddin managed vendor relations and ensured high-quality service for data business operations. Prior roles include NOC Manager at Bayanat Al-Oula and Senior Network/Security Engineer at Awal IT Services, where significant contributions were made to the design and implementation of complex network solutions.
