Lea Zander

Lea Zander has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Lea has held various roles in different companies, starting as a Working Student in the Institute of Engineering Psychology at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Working Student in User Experience Softwaredesign at artop - Associated Institute of the Humboldt University of Berlin. Lea then joined Lufthansa InTouch as a Human Resources Specialist from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they worked as an HR Manager at foodora before moving to CHECK24 Profis as Head of HR from 2017 to 2018. In the same year, they also worked at BCG Digital Ventures as a Recruiting Lead & HR for portfolio venture Mobimeo. Currently, Lea is the Head of People & Talent at Mobimeo, a venture of Deutsche Bahn AG, where they specialize in providing customer-centric digital innovations for smart everyday mobility.

Lea Zander began their education in 2008 at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where they obtained a degree in psychology and became a Diplom-Psychologin / Psychologist in 2014. In 2012, they participated in an Erasmus-Studium program at the University of Glasgow, studying psychology. From 2014 to 2015, they attended artop - Associated Institute of the Humboldt University of Berlin, focusing on mediation in organizations and earning a degree as a Systemische Mediatorin in Organisationen. In 2017, they returned to artop for further education, obtaining a degree as a Business Coach with a specialization in coaching.
