Nora Richard has over 20 years of work experience in graphic and web design, digital communications, and teaching. Nora started their career at EL Dia Newspaper as a Lead Graphic Artist, managing digital graphics and designing advertisements. Nora then moved on to the Houston Chronicle, where they worked as a Production Artist, designing movie banners and marketing collateral.

In 2004, Nora joined Glass and Door International as a Web and Graphics Designer, overseeing the development of the company's website and coordinating with Microsoft Engineers for server installations. Nora also conducted technical assessments and software evaluations.
