We are one of Slovenia's leading repair providers, with over a decade of experience and more than 15,000 devices repaired annually. Our professional, qualified staff work at specialized workstations equipped with tools tailored to the complexity of each repair, categorized into levels 1 through 3.

Currently, we support repair services for a wide range of devices, including mobile phones, e-scooters, drones, robotic vacuum cleaners, smartwatches, and tablets, covering 22 mobile phone brands with 80% of phone repairs completed within a 24-hour turnaround. Serving both individual customers (B2C) and businesses (B2B), we maintain a dedicated call center for customer support. Our proprietary software enables customers to track repair progress, view estimated completion times, and select from multiple delivery options.

Each repair is accompanied by a detailed technician report, documenting the issue, parts used, and repair duration. This thorough documentation enhances our repair efficiency and reduces customer waiting times.

To ensure swift service, we partner with leading delivery companies (DHL, DPD, UPS, and Slovenian Post) for rapid part procurement and delivery. In Ljubljana, our two conveniently located service points allow easy device drop-off and pick-up.

Our commitment remains focused on continually enhancing the quality and convenience of our services across a diverse range of devices for our customers.
