Mobity LLC, a Silicon-Valley boutique, provides high touch business incubation, IP transaction, and strategic advisory services to Technology, Healthcare, Software, and Service companies. Clients chose us for our integrity, passion, relationships, and expertise. They covet our strategic insights and unconflicted advice.

Since 2002, over 150 Fortune-Global and Small-Midsize firms worldwide have trusted and relied on our MD’s as their strategic advisor, business partner, and transactions broker to fulfill their business, financial, and technology needs. We also actively partner with, selectively invest in, and mentor purpose-driven executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, and their investors. We put skin in the game and help them in hands-on (cofounder, acting executive) or advisory (board member) roles to create, commercialize, and trade high-value intellectual property and incubate, scale, optimize, and exit impactful ventures.

We are a seasoned team comprised of successful serial entrepreneurs, battle-hardened business operators, ex-Big-4 consultants, patent-holder technologists, and influential investment bankers. We have learned how to scale by working with the biggest, how to grow by working with the fastest, and how to innovate by working with the boldest. Our MD’s have cofounded and nurtured 15+ VC-funded startups with four acquisition exists, worked in staff and line (with P&L responsibility) roles at Fortune-100 and small-midsize firms, sold and delivered 200+ strategy through execution consulting engagements, and successfully brokered 100+ high value transactions and alliances.

Our core values dictate, and our boutique structure enables, us to be selective on who we work with and how many clients we commit to concurrently. Intentionally not employing an army we must feed allows us to stay nimble, globally source a best of breed team best suited to your context, and orchestrate this team to get your job (or deal) done.
