Randy Morgan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the defense and technology sectors. Currently, Randy serves as President and CEO of Integrated Systems & Mission Solutions, LLC, a company specializing in engineering services and consulting for defense and critical asset protection. Previous positions include CEO of Innovative Systems & Mission Solutions, LLC, and President and CEO of Preferred Systems Solutions, where Randy led initiatives in systems engineering, data analytics, and cybersecurity for various government and commercial clients. Additionally, Randy has held senior roles at Parsons Corporation, SPARTA, Inc., and Cobham Analytic Solutions, as well as earlier positions at L-3 SyColeman and Coleman Research Corporation. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
