Uma M has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. Uma began their career as a Technical Recruiter for Stress Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in 2011. Uma then moved to Tech Vulcan Solutions in the same year, where they held the role of Sr. HR Analyst. In 2015, they joined Mobiveil Inc. as a Sr. HR Analyst. At Mobiveil, their role included leveraging decades of experience in delivering high-quality, production-proven, high-speed serial interconnect Silicon IP cores and custom and standard form factor hardware boards to leading customers worldwide.

Uma M obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from RBS, Bangalore in 2008, specializing in HR & IT. Prior to that, they obtained a BCA from COCSIT in 2005, specializing in Computer Engineering.
