Kevin Thull

Kevin Thull has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kevin started their career in 1992 at IEG, holding various support positions until 1996. From 1996 to 2011, Kevin served as a Production Director and later as Director of Digital and Social Marketing at IEG, where they were responsible for creating digital products, managing social strategy, and video production. In 2009, they also worked as a Plan Commissioner at the Village of Pingree Grove.

In 2015, Kevin joined ESP Properties as the Director of Digital and Social Marketing, overseeing video production, social media, and front-end development. Kevin then worked as a Contract Front End Developer at Skunk Works Group from July 2018 to May 2019.

Kevin's involvement in the open source software community began in 2013 when they co-founded MidCamp, a Drupal conference, where they served as a conference co-organizer. In 2018, they also became the President of the Midwest Open Source Alliance, a non-profit organization that supports and promotes Drupal and open-source software within the Midwest.

Kevin's most recent role is as a Software Engineer at Mobomo, where they have been working since August 2019. Overall, Kevin Thull's work experience showcases their expertise in front-end development, digital marketing, event organization, and community leadership.

Kevin Thull earned a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, attending from 1989 to 1994.
