Wayne Robshaw

Wayne Robshaw has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Wayne started their career as an Analyst Programmer at Mentor Business Systems LTD in 1990. In this role, they were responsible for software development and troubleshooting technical problems. Wayne then moved on to become a Senior Analyst/Programmer at the same company, where they led research and development of new products and technologies.

In 2004, Wayne was appointed as the Software Development Manager at Mentor Business Systems LTD, subsidiary of Chubb Fire & Security, UTC. In this role, they managed and coordinated a team of developers.

In 2010, Wayne ventured into entrepreneurship and became a Director at Ignite Pyrotechnics Limited. Wayne grew the business from a small professional firework display company to one that can deliver high-end, electronically synchronized displays.

Wayne's most recent position was with Mobysoft Ltd. Wayne started in 2018 as a Software Development Manager and was responsible for delivering time and cost-saving solutions for the Social Housing sector. Wayne then progressed to become the Director of Engineering and later, the Interim Chief Technology Officer.

Throughout their career, Wayne has demonstrated strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a track record of business growth.

Wayne Robshaw completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1988, they attended Huddersfield Technical College and graduated in 1989 with a BTEC OND in Computer studies. Following this, they pursued further studies at Huddersfield University from 1991 to 1992, where they obtained a graduate degree in BTEC HNC Computer studies. In addition to their formal education, Wayne Robshaw also obtained a PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute in June 2021.
