Historically the group has started in 2005 with ROSINAV, mainly focused on ship-design, marine engineering, marine survey and shipbuilding. 
In 2007 SME Engineering was formed as solution for the expanding wind industry, covering whole life cycle (licence, engineering, construction, maintenance, decommissioning) for wind-parks.
By creation of Marine & Offshore Consultants in 2013, covering offshore engineering, marine operations, marine warranty, due diligence, QHSE and offshore inspections  the core of the group was created and brand name MOC as trading name for the group registered.
Currently MOC Group is providing services for major companies in Marine, Oil&Gas and Renewable Energy from Far East to the Americas, having a global outreach.
