Jen Rome

Jen Rome has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to finance and production. Jen started their career as a Staff Production Coordinator at Picture Vision Pictures in 1991. From 1994 to 1999, they worked as a Production Manager for Multiple Film Companies, where they were responsible for managing the financial, administrative, and technical aspects of film productions. During this time, they also traveled extensively for location shoots and handled hiring, booking vendors and equipment, and negotiating contracts.

In 1999, Jen joined Arnell Group/Omnicom as a Senior Production Accountant, where they reported to the Controller and was involved in financial reporting, billing, and forecasting for photo and live-action film shoots. Jen then joined Expansion Team, Inc as a Finance Manager in 2009 for a brief period before transitioning to Eyeball on the Floor, Inc as a Controller the same year. At Eyeball on the Floor, Inc, Jen played a key role in the company's merger with Mod Op LLC, where they currently hold the position of Controller. In this role, they manage all accounting activities for multiple offices, analyzes financial information, and provides recommendations to company leadership on profitability and cost reduction.

Jen Rome attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1988 to 1991. During their time there, they focused on Communications Arts, specifically in the field of Radio TV Film. Jen did not obtain a degree from the university. In July 2014, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the Department of State Division of Licensing Services.
