Linda Johnson has a diverse range of work experience. Linda started their career as the General Manager of Joyeria Dadiva, a handmade fine jewelry business, where they managed various aspects of the business including web purchasing, imports, inventory, and direct sales. Following this, Linda worked at the City of Knowledge Foundation as the Gerente de Proyectos, where they represented the organization within the management team and maintained a database of member organizations.
In 2011, Linda joined Mod Op as a Senior Technical Project Manager, overseeing projects such as single page microsites, corporate websites, and custom game hubs. Linda then progressed to a role as the Director of Production, where they provided strategic leadership and managed project workflow for a team of over 40 employees. Linda also served as the Managing Director of Production (PAN), interacting with executive leadership and providing strategic guidance on multiple levels.
Throughout their career, Linda has demonstrated strong leadership skills, resource planning abilities, and expertise in project management. Linda has consistently contributed to the success of the organizations they have been a part of and has actively participated in various committees and cultural activities.
Linda Johnson has a diverse education history. Linda started their education at Grinnell College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Theater from 2001 to 2005. Later, they attended the Universidad Interamericana de Panamá from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Evaluation and Direction. In 2019, Linda completed a program in Leading Organizations and Change from Emeritus, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
In addition to their formal education, Linda has obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they completed the courses "Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards" and "Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader" from LinkedIn. Linda is also a member of the PMI (Project Management Institute) Panama chapter, indicating their involvement in the project management field.
