Mark Bennett

Mark Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mark is currently the Executive Vice President of Creative Studio at Mod Op, where they began in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Client Engagement at the same company from January 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Mod Op, Mark was the CEO and Founder of Microgigantic from June 2012 to January 2021. In this role, they led the strategic direction and overall management of the company, overseeing production, content strategy, digital signage, and experiential business and clients.

From February 2005 to June 2012, Mark worked as the Sr. Group Manager for Media Production at Target Corporation, where they were responsible for large-scale retail digital signage deployments, broadcast production, interactive media production, and traditional corporate video.

Mark started their career as a Freelance Interactive Agency Producer at Best Buy in 2004 and as a Freelance Agency Producer at Peterson Milla Hooks (PMH) in 2003. From 2002 to 2003, they served as the Head of Production at Event Think.

In 1999, Mark worked as the Executive Producer/Head of Production at Kick Media, an internet start-up that brought traditional print magazines into an online experience. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a Freelance Line Producer from 1990 to 1999.

Mark Bennett attended Wayzata High School from 1983 to 1985, where they pursued a college prep curriculum. During their time at the university, they focused on Speech Communication and Rhetoric, ultimately obtaining a degree in Speech Communications.
