Dayna Eberhardt

Dayna Eberhardt is the current Chief People Officer at MOD Pizza. Dayna has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, having served as a vice president at Starbucks and Senior Vice President at Expedia Group. Dayna began their career in 1999 as a manager at Horizon Air before moving to Alaska Airlines in 2006. Dayna is a proven leader in the field of HR and has helped shape the MOD Pizza culture into one that values its people.

Dayna Eberhardt has a BA in Speech Communication from Gonzaga University, an MA in Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University. Dayna is currently working on their PhD in Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University.
