Stephen Blum

Stephen Blum is currently the Chief Development Officer at MOD Pizza. Prior to this, they served as the SVP Real Estate & Facilities at The Hertz Corporation from September 2016 to August 2022. In this role, they led the facilities development team including Real Estate, Concessions, Design and Construction, Facilities, Property Management and Fuel/Evnvironmental for Hertz in North America. From May 2012 to September 2016, Blum was the Chief Development Officer at Au Bon Pain. Before that, they were the VP, Real Estate at Panda Restaurant Group from January 2008 to May 2012 and Vice President, Real Estate at Panera Bread from April 1998 to October 2007. Stephen started their career at Panera, LLC as the VP, Real Estate in January 1998 and held that position until December 2007.

Stephen Blum has an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BBA in finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.

Stephen Blum reports to Scott Svenson, CEO. They work with Steve O’Neill - VP, Partnerships, Amy Masterson - VP, Ops Excellence, and Robert Notte - VP, Technology.
