Guy Hurwood has over a decade of experience in investment and real estate management, currently serving as Investment Director at Moda since July 2021. Prior to this role, Guy held positions at CBRE as Senior Director and at PwC, where responsibilities included Director, Assistant Director, and Manager roles. Previous experience also includes a tenure at JLL, progressing from Analyst to Senior Consultant, as well as a brief role as Investment Manager at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in History from Durham University and an MSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.
