Currently serving as Acquisition Manager at Moda since February 2022, Joshua oversees the procurement of Build to Rent, PBSA, and Co-Living developments across the UK. Previously, Joshua held the role of Land Manager at EcoWorld London, acquiring development opportunities in London and the South of England. As the Founder of Aldford Capital, Joshua was involved in notable transactions such as the Finance Tower in Brussels. Joshua's experience also includes positions as a Land Buyer at Urban & Provincial and Land & Investment Consultant at Fraser & Co, along with roles at Marsh & Parsons. Joshua's educational background includes attending Sherborne School from 2009 to 2014.
