Mike Craddock

Mike Craddock is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development management and property transactions. Currently serving as Senior Development Manager at Moda since March 2022, Mike previously held the same title at Brierley Homes from January 2019 to March 2022, where operational leadership contributed to the successful delivery of multiple residential projects across the Yorkshire and Humber region. Prior to that, Mike spent nearly eleven years at BAE Systems, culminating in the role of Head of Real Estate Transactions, managing a substantial property estate and overseeing significant disposals. Earlier career experiences include positions at Savills and Avison Young, where expertise in valuation, development appraisal, and consultancy was developed. Mike Craddock holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading.
