Paul Holcroft

Paul Holcroft is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development and asset management. They served as Development Director at Moda in 2022 and held various roles including Development Executive at S Harrison Developments Ltd, focusing on new site acquisitions, and Director at Scarborough International Properties Limited, coordinating significant projects in the Northern Powerhouse. Prior to these positions, Paul honed their skills at Hansteen Holdings Plc as a UK Asset Manager and at PwC in Business Recovery Services. Paul earned an MSc in Property Asset Management & Valuation from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc (Hons) in Business IT from the University of Northumbria.
