Prior to this role, Richard held leadership positions including De Vere Brand & Operations Director at Starwood Capital Group and Managing Director at The Oakley Court. Richard’s earlier career includes key roles at Starwood Capital Group, White Lodging Services, and Marriott International, culminating in over two decades of expertise in management and operations. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Fielding Graduate University.
