Rob Gill is a senior real estate and development professional with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across the UK. Rob's background encompasses every stage of the development lifecycle, from strategic land acquisition to delivery and disposal. Known for building and leading multi-disciplinary teams, Rob has successfully negotiated joint ventures and delivered landmark schemes such as Kirkstall Forge and Casa by Moda. Currently serving as the Head of Acquisitions at Moda, Rob is focused on director-level opportunities to shape the future of real estate projects in the UK.
