Justin Dignelli

Justin Dignelli currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Modal, overseeing field go-to-market operations including enterprise sales and partnerships since June 2025. Dignelli has also been an Advisor and Investor at Simstra since January 2021, providing consulting services for early and growth stage software infrastructure companies. From July 2021 to June 2025, Dignelli was the CEO and Founder of Pace, a venture-backed startup focusing on software that integrates revenue and product analytics for go-to-market teams. Prior experience includes a pivotal role as Senior Director of Product GTM at MongoDB from October 2015 to July 2021, where Dignelli helped transform the sales model, as well as leadership positions at Smartling as Director of Sales and Enterprise Sales Executive starting in January 2012. Dignelli holds a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.
