Modal Planning delivers integrated planning across land use, movement and infrastructure.

We work with councils and agencies to structure growth, align transport networks and embed accessibility within coherent urban systems. Our practice spans growth corridor planning, place-based planning, strategic transport planning, planning scheme integration and infrastructure sequencing.

We combine spatial intelligence, accessibility expertise and policy alignment to ensure that land use and movement evolve together. Corridors are not treated as traffic conduits, but as civic systems that shape daily life.

Modal is an Indigenous-owned consultancy grounded in Country and long-term responsibility. This perspective informs how we approach planning, governance and infrastructure investment across scale.

In addition to integrated planning, Modal delivers procurement advisory, supplier diversity strategy and organisational capability programs that support institutions to lift inclusion from commitment to action.
