Modality helps universities structure, support and measure AI-assisted learning.

Students are already using AI to study, but most of that learning happens outside the university’s visibility, using general-purpose tools and unverified sources.

Modality gives institutions a way to bring that learning into a structured, evidence-based environment. Our platform transforms approved course content into personalised learning support, helping students revise, ask questions, check understanding and build confidence while giving educators live insight into engagement, misconceptions and progress.

For students, Modality acts as a personalised AI tutor grounded in their course material.

For universities, it creates early signals that can support retention, teaching quality and student experience.

We believe AI should not replace learning. It should make learning more visible, more personal and more effective.

We believe equitable access to AI is about more than access to a model. It means giving every student the same structured, course-aligned environment, where AI support is grounded in approved material and designed to support learning rather than shortcut it.
