Maarten Timmerman

Maarten Timmerman is the Co-Founder and CFO of Modat, an AI-powered cybersecurity company focused on helping security professionals combat evolving threats. They are also a Partner at Ctrl+Alt+Invest and previously served as CFO at Cybersprint, where they played a key role in its growth and subsequent acquisition by Darktrace. Maarten has held various roles at Rabobank International and was a Director at Deutsche Bank AG London, specializing in Fixed Income Derivatives Sales. They earned a dual master's degree in Financial Sector Management and Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
